The MB Crusher MB-S18 is a heavy-duty screening bucket engineered for 12-22 tonne excavators, built to separate soil, sand, gravel and crushed material by size at higher volumes than the smaller units in the MB Crusher range. It gives quarry operators and larger civil contractors a way to grade material, remove oversized debris and produce ready-to-use aggregate or base course directly on site.
Manufactured in Italy by MB Crusher, the MB-S18 combines a robust bucket structure with a hydraulically driven screening mechanism, mounted to the excavator through a standard pin-on connection and powered by the machine’s auxiliary hydraulic circuit. At 2,000 kg, it is engineered for demanding applications such as quarry material processing, large civil infrastructure works and demolition material recovery, where consistent, high-volume screening throughput is required.
Supplied new with a 12-month warranty and backed by MB Crusher’s global service and parts network, the MB-S18 is well suited to quarry operators, civil construction companies and heavy plant hire fleets running 12-22 tonne excavators.
